Thank you for stopping by!  Item's come as is.  Measurements are taken lying flat and on the front of the garment.  Depending on how you stretch the garment, measurements could vary.  Measurements are taken with care; however, a photo of the measurement taken can be supplied prior to purchasing if necessary.  Item's come from a smoke free environment.  Items are cleaned prior to shipping unless otherwise stated. We only ship via the Global Shipping Program. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import charges, or other international fees which may not be included in the item's purchase and shipping price. The buyer may need to pay these fees upon delivery. Item's can be combined to save on shipping.  After purchasing the items, please message to combine the items and then an invoice with the new shipping total will be sent for you to make payment.  What you see in the photo regards to the item is what you will receive, props to photograph the item are not included.
