Radio shows were first syndicated on reel to reel tape, later on LP stereo discs, then CD's and now digitally. Collectors can no longer get their hands on this quality material so the surviving shows that are available will keep going up and up in value. These radio shows were never intended for public use & most were destroyed or returned to the manufacturer after use, so they're very difficult to find.

MJI Broadcasting syndicated a three-hour radio special entitled John Lennon: A 60th Birthday Celebration.  Hosted by Dennis Elsas, it featured interviews with Yoko Ono, Paul McCartneyGeorge Martin, Eric Clapton, Steven Tyler, David Crosby, Brian Wilson, Don Henley and Alice Cooper, as well as Lennon’s friends Elliot Mintz and May Pang.

The show was broadcast on October 6, 2000 and it included the world radio première of "Help Me To Help Myself" from the Double Fantasy reissue.  This 2 CD show comes with the cue sheets and is in excellent condition.  Please see photos of the cue sheet for detailed track listing and timeline.

These discs are sold from one collector to another. No rights are given or implied.
