We will not refund or accept returns for items where the buyer has simply changed his/her mind. By bidding on our auction(s) you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction i.e. make payment, within 3 days from the end of the auction (Unless prior arrangement has been made).
- Auctions not completed within this time may be cancelled by seller as they are deemed to be unwanted items. Cancellation of listing fees may apply.
- All product images contained within this listing are for illustration purposes only. If exact dimensions are not stated, please do not hesitate to ask.
- All purchases includes GST.
- Products will only be dispatch when payment is confirmed which may take 24 to 48 hours depending on the method of payment.
- We will not exchange any item unless the faulty item has been returned to us.
- All sales are final. A fee equivalent of the higher of $20 or 20% of the bidding price is applicable for any cancellation bid to cover handling and listing costs.
- Unless otherwise stated, all accessories are included.

Warranty
- All items sold carry 12 months warranty, unless otherwise stated. Please retain the product carton box package for warranty purpose when needed.
- Proof of purchase must accompany all Warranty service requests.
- For Delivery and Pick-up a physical address is required.
We only ship within Australia to physical addresses such as houses,
apartments or businesses and DO NOT post internationally, to PO Boxes, Parcel
Lockers etc.
- Please allow up to 10 working days to process and deliver your purchase after payment. Generally it usually takes 2 - 3 days to deliver to major capital cities.
- No weekend or after hours deliveries are available.
- Pick-up is available from our warehouse at Rydalemere NSW 2116 in Sydney. Please allow us 24 hours after payment to prepare the item for you.
- We operate Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays) from 9:00am to 4:30pm.
Goods must be tested upon receipt and faulty goods must be reported within 14 days of purchase. In an unlikely event that the product you received is identified to be defective, we will gladly exchange the defective product with another identical item or refund you in full upon return of the defective product.
