There is no indication for the lace material but it is probably cotton and nylon or something similar.

Colors:

Sort of a mix between brown and gray.  Beige at the edge of cuffs.

More Details:

This is a GORGEOUS Dosa top!  It is done in ULTRA SOFT woven cashmere that has specks of shimmer here and there on the surface (not actually woven into the fabric).  The bottom features embroidered mesh lace.  This is a pullover style top with no closures.  It has a drawstring tie at the neckline.
