The actual MP3 is of high quality!Please be advised: When Using this great MP3 player you will require to upload your audio file in mp3 format onto the SD memory card. then you will need to insert that memory card into the mp3 player. make sure the audio is in mp3 format. If done correctly then you should be good to go and start listening. the mp3 player is not designed to be linked with your computer via a cable to trasfer files so please bare this in mind The cable is only used to charge the divice. Please charge the device for a 2-3 hours before using.Also please make sure yur SD card / TF card is is working order.
