This listing is for the pictured right (passenger side) seat belt retractor.This was removed from a 1999 Isuzu Trooper. It is in good condition and works perfect.

If so, please add all items to your cart and then check out with ONE payment. If you don't, I will need to refund your payments and you will have to resubmit it with one payment. That will add at least a day to the time it takes me to ship this out.

Why do I require that? Because if you make 2 or more separate payments, Ebay requires that I supply 2 or more tracking numbers. That means that I have to ship each item in a separate package so it costs more to ship, and it takes more time and resources to package up your order. Also, if you pay with multiple payments, that may delay your order and your order may arrive on different days and from different shippers. I am trying to avoid all of that.

If so, that means that it may or may not fit that vehicle, or the year or years listed. Usually just because I do not have interchange information on that particular part. See the description below for more information on fitment.
 
 

 

 

I do not accept returns because the part you bought does not fit your car, it was not the right color for your car, or if there is any other reason that you bought the wrong item. You need to do your own research & figure out if this is right BEFORE you buy it. If you don't know, please ask any questions that you need to ask, or request a picture of whatever you need to see to help you figure that out. I will often list what a part is supposed to fit, according to Hollander Interchange or other sources in the title and/or description as  a courtesy. Even if the title or description says that it fits your car, it is YOUR responsibility to verify that before you buy it. 

If there is some reason that a return is authorized, the actual cost that I paid to ship it to you will NOT be refunded PERIOD.

If it is listed as "free" shipping, free shipping only applies to items that you keep. Obviously I did not ship it to you for free. I had to pay Fedex, USPS, or another shipper to send it to you. So on the rare occasion that a return is accepted, whatever the actual shipping costs were will not be refunded.

If something is damaged in shipping, I will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Your refund will come once Fedex or USPS settles the claim. Claims typically take 7-10 business days to process. Weekends and holidays are NOT business days. It is in your best interests to do it this way. If you file a case with Ebay & then escalate it to a claim, you will have to pay to ship it back to me. If you let Fedex/USPS take care of the claim, it will cost you nothing.

ON A CAR, LEFT AND RIGHT ARE ALWAYS DETERMINED FROM YOU SITTING IN THE CAR. NOT STANDING IN FRONT OF THE CAR. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF IT IS A PART THAT IS UNDER THE HOOD, ON THE INTERIOR, THE BODY, OR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

THE LEFT IS ALWAYS THE DRIVERS SIDE.

THE RIGHT IS ALWAYS THE PASSENGER SIDE.

The buy it now price listed includes shipping to the lower 48 states of the USA.

That will almost always be more expensive. Some larger items connot ship outside of the continental USA. Please ask if you are not sure if an item is too large.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up in Pompano Beach, Florida is encouraged. But I cannot accept Paypal for local pick ups.

In man cases, if you pick this up locally, that will reduce the cost of what you will need to pay me for this part. That is simply because I will not have to pay Fedex or the USPS to ship it to you. If you think you might like to do that, please leave me your name, phone number, & tell me when is a good time to call so that we can discuss that.

 

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted unless I send you the incorrect part, or I send you something that is proven to be defective. If a return is authorized because I was told that part is defective, that part will be tested before a refund is given. If you tell me it is defective & it is not, no refund will be issued. This is done to reduce the number of people that tell me something is defective when it is not, just so they can retun a part to get a refund. I test virtually all parts before I list them on Ebay. So defective parts from me are extremely rare.

No guarantees are made that a part will fit your vehicle. Even if it says above that it will fit your vehicle, you need to verify this for yourself before purchasing. Refunds are not given because a part does not fit your vehicle.

Before a refund is given, you must send the part back to me. There are no exceptions.
