These toilet paper covers were really popular in the South when I was little and when people had more time for crafts, so when my Mother broke her leg, she took back to crocheting and I ended up with four of these when I really only need one. Enjoy some hand made crafting for a kind of weird reason  and make all of that toilet paper you hoarded, or at least one roll, look decorative. :)
