This is an original 1924 Rochester, Town of Gates, Monroe County, New York G.M. Hopkins Plat Atlas Map, with updates to July, 1942. It is a Double-Sided Map with Plat 30 1/2 on the reverse side of Plat 31 (left side) that includes Sub-Plans for Town of Gates Nos. 12 through 20. Plat 31 includes the Part of the Town of Gates, that includes Canal Barge, and various names of Estates and sections of the town of Gates.

Condition: EX/EX+ 20X30 Double-Sided. 

Plat 31 covers from: Wegman Road to Barge Canal and from Town of Greece to Macauley Farm.
