A common and popular ‘english’ size for grease nipples, the 5/16 UNF (24tpi) is found on lots of classic cars and equipment.

Also suitable for industrial machines, agricultural tractors and implements and earthmoving kit, plant and diggers. A popular size for British industry and the motor industry from the ‘60s to the ‘80s.

As all of our nipples and grease fittings, these are of top quality and made in the UK. From high quality steel, they are case hardened to prevent wear.

A surface sprung ball check prevents entry of dirt. They are all zinc plated with yellow chromate passivation to withstand corrosion.
