Terms & Conditions - You have 3 days starting from date of delivery of your item to notify us of any courier damage to the item. If the item is damaged, please email pictures of the damages to us and we will send out the relevant replacement panels to you or we can try and give some kind of a partial refund if the item can be kept and rectified. If the entire item is damaged we will see if we can what we can send out a replacement item or give a refund.
- Please note any damage reported after the 3 days from the date the item is delivered, we cannot give a refund/partial refund on the item. This is due to the fact that this will surpass the deadline that we can make a claim with the courier and get funds back for the damaged item.
- If you notice any damage to the outer packaging of the item, or are not able to check the item, please ask the delivery driver to mark the item as unchecked.
- All of our items go through a quality control process before dispatch, which is carried out by the owner of the business. All of our items leave our factory in 100% quality condition.
- Delivery of your item is sent out on a next day service and will be fulfilled within 1 – 2 working days. Tracking details available upon request.
- If you have not received your item within 5 working days, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can investigate for you. Please note any non receipt of goods reported after the 5 working day period, we cannot give a refund on the item. This is due to the fact that this will surpass the deadline that we can make a claim with the courier and get funds back for the damaged item.
- Refunds will only be processed once we have the item back at our factory, returns are to be processed through eBays return system and returned via royal mail label which eBay will provide you with.
- We are open Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 9am - 4pm
- If you are not at home when our courier delivers they will leave a card and you can contact them to re-arrange the delivery. You can also arrange with the courier to have the goods left in a safe place at your own risk.
