Harcourt, Brace & World, 1961, 501 pages.  Hardcover book with dustjacket in good condition.  The interior is clean and in good shape, aside from very light agetoning, a name written on the inside of the front cover, and the edge of the pageblock shows tiny foxing spots.  The boards are very good, the dustjacket shows a bit of wear.

Lawrence H. Fuchs authors:

HAWAII PONO: A Social History, The 50th State, Its People and Politics, from Annexation to Statehood

Presents the story about the races that came to Hawaii to form a new culture.  In the rear of the book there is a newspaper article laid-in "How Hawaiians Suffer Amid the Myth of Racial Harmony" [Honolulu Star-Bulletin: Dec 28, 1985].  If you supersize the contents pages, you should be able to read all of the entries.

As a courtesy to Hawaiian residents, I will ship this book to Hawaii with Priority Mail at no additional cost, as I know that media mail can take a long time to arrive.
