This item is in very good condition.

The case is in good condition, a few of the teeth that hold the discs in place are missing but the discs still stay in place. There are a couple of small cracks in the rear of the case.

The manual is missing.

The discs are in excellent condition.

This is the Japanese version, it will not work on a standard UK PAL Sony Playstation 2.
