This is a Service to repair YOUR broken Electrolux/Kenmore/AEG/GE Induction oven after E21, E30, E70, E35, E75, E32, E33, E34, E36, E74, E76, E31 and others by mail in of parts after diagnostics.

You will be told which boards to send and diagnostics after purchase and after you send your range model and error code.

The repaired board(s) will be sent back to you tested with replaced components to make sure they can be re-installed in your range and work like new again.  Please do not send contact details (phone, address, email) in messages to me as your message may be deleted by eBay.  If I do not respond to a message I didn't get it, please resend the message possibly with fewer details to get in touch.

If after examination the boards can not be repaired (very rare), you will be refunded the purchase price of the service, you can also be refunded the return shipping if you don't want the defective non repairable boards back, else you still pay for the return shipping for the boards that can not be repaired.  Please note that attempting board repairs yourself means that I won't touch them after.  Additionally I need the ORIGINAL boards for repair not a replacement you may have bought from someone or the manufacturer that now isn't working.  This is important as firmware versions often differ and are not compatible. NEVER let them take your original broken board(s) if you want to ever fix your board cost effectively!

1 Business Day Turnaround (From receipt to shipping back to you via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.)

  1. To clarify this listing does not supply an item, you supply the broken board(s) from the broken appliance and I supply the repair service on those boards.
  2. Buyer pays for initial shipping to me in Ottawa Canada (local drop off welcome) out of pocket outside of eBay.  Tracked postage recommended. 
  3. Buyer also pays for shipping back the repaired boards to them which is included in the eBay listing price when you purchase.
  4. The boards sent in must be complete, with damaged components in their original locations.
  5. By using this repair service you agree not to take measures to reverse engineer the repair process by; marking components, the boards, or modifying them prior to repair, or by any other means.  If reverse engineering measures are detected your components may not be repaired due to a violation of this agreement.  Additionally you agree not to publish or share with any 3rd party information learned on component/board/assembly repair by examining the changes made as part of this repair.  You are of course free and encouraged to review the quality of the service, share your overall experience, and to provide links to this service to others.
  6. Boards that have previous repair attempts on them will definitely require an additional $40 charge to process if I opt to attempt the repair.


After purchasing the service please contact me with your Electrolux/AEG/Kenmore appliance Model Number, Symptoms and any error codes so I can assess whether the boards will be serviceable and what you may need to send in.  If you purchased and the boards can't be repaired after the assessment via messages you'll be refunded fully and promptly, so don't worry about just losing money.

If I am not responding to one of your messages, it means I didn't get it.  There are filters in eBay messaging, please resend the message and try to remove contact details or anything that might be picked up as such.

The whole process step by step:


  1. You buy this service on eBay (which includes return shipping cost).

  2. You send me your model number, symptoms, error codes (and any relevant pictures if you wish) for assessment.

  3. If the boards are the issue I will send you the shipping address and disassembly tips and possibly even a service manual via eBay.

  4. If the boards are not the issue or are not fixable you get refunded at this point and the process stops.
  5. You remove the requested boards from your appliance, ideally check for any burn marks on the boards and take pictures (for yourself) of all wiring before you disconnect internal components.  Don't forget to unplug it/turn off the breaker.

  6. You ship to the provided address, send me the tracking info if you have it.  (Please do not ship Purolator due to logistics problems).  US buyers please use customs declaration of $14USD and reason for export "repair".

  7. I service and test your boards within 1-2 business days 95% of the time.

  8. Your boards are sent back to you.

  9. You reinstall the boards, and are happy to use your range again! (hopefully without using boost on the large coil from now on to get a long life)

  10. When you're satisfied please leave positive feedback. :)

Returns/Refunds:
- If it is determined that the boards are not the issue or that the boards are not repairable upon the initial messages, you will be refunded in full no hassle and no delays.

- If you have a problem with a repaired board within 90 days of delivery (which is rare) please reach out to me, we will do some basic troubleshooting and if the board is the issue you will need to ship it back to me in most cases for examination and then correction or refund at my discretion.  I do not issue refunds without being allowed to examine the failed board; this is to prevent fraud, to diagnose the failure point, and in some cases to warranty failed components.

- If you did not read the; description, photo, or condition and just want a refund due to your error/changing your mind, there is a 15% restocking fee to recover all fees including Paypal which no longer refunds seller fees. (I make no profit from this restocking fee)
