The Following terms apply if you are returning something that was not shipped to you in error or showed up defective.

2. A 15% restock fee applies to all returns.

5. All freight must be pre-paid by the customer.

All Partsco Inc. Parts are backed with a 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVED) to be free from defects and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective part(s).

Warranty claims must be pre-approved and the alleged defective part(s) must be returned to us for inspection. Partsco Inc will not be responsible for any labor, towing, fluids, Freon, filters, lodging, and car or truck rental.

Warranty is void if product has been installed in high performance; racing, or industrial applications, product has been negligently damaged due to misuse, or improperly installed. Buyer assumes all responsibility to assure proper installation.
