These are custom (non OEM) Flame-Retardant open cell adhesive backed foam parts rated at -40 to 225º F. The adhesive is rated at -10 to 180º F.

The OEM parts are common to degrade and crumble after time. The OEM parts are $300+ at the cheapest resellers. Now you can replace those crumbling seals for a fraction of the cost.
These are very simple to replace.
1) Peel off the original seals and adhesive.
2) Clean any remnants and wipe the attachment surface with alcohol.
3) Peel the backing off the new gaskets and carefully stick them on. Be careful not to squish the foam while the backing is off or you may stick the adhesive to itself.
