This is a high quality high resolution reproduction on 70 lb. thick stock paper (see my feedback) from a 1952 Miami, Florida G.M. Hopkins, Plat Atlas Map, updated to 1968. Plat 20 includes Normandy Shore Golf Course, North Shore Park, Miami Beach Teen Center, F.W. Woolworth's and other notable buildings and structures. 

 

Plat 20 covers from: Trouville Esplanade to Atlantic Ocean and from LaGorce Island to 75th Street.

Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is Brick,Yellow is Wood, Blue is Stone. Garages, Stables and Railroads are indicated by symbol in Explanations. See Explanations for what the symbols mean.
