The heat from the top and bottom heating elements is distributed quickly and optimally by the top-side air circulation fan, and as a result, food is gently and quickly cooked from all sides. Operation is also very easy, because the AeroVital Cube Chef offers 16 programmes with preset temperature and cooking times which can be selected directly via a digital control panel with touch screens. Of course, the temperature and running time can also be set manually: temperatures from 50 to 220 ° C and cooking times of up to 60 minutes are available.
