Delivery details
Your item will ship within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of your cleared payment. Items will be to the delivery address that you enter will ship only via Paypal. We are not in a position to the delivery address once the payment has been made to change. If you ask us, to a different than what shipped to Paypal address indicated, we will cancel your order and ask you to check again if you update your address. You will notice as soon as ship your item.
Returns
We understand that not every purchase is good for every customer. Our return process is simple as possible. You can use the eBay return calculator, but you need to contact us first. Please note that we only accept returns within 30 days after delivery. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. If the item is defective / DOA (Dead on Arrival), we must be notified within 2 days of arrival, and a full refund given after item returned. The 2 days into when tracking shows was delivered products. If a return after the submitted 2 days a 15% restocking fee may be applied. If the item you are returned for any other reason within 14 days from date of shipment subject to a 15% restocking fee. No shipping costs refunded. Will return after 30 days will not be accepted. Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be tested and will process your return.
