Elegant Rouge Pirate costume by Totally Ghoul is a treasure with black, long-sleeved dress with white bodice and red ribbon bow at waist.  Black and red insert in front of the skirt makes this one-piece garment look like 2 pieces.  Sleeves are cut to a point at the wrist and more of the striped fabric peeks out from underneath.  Red ribbons adorn each sleeve and are decorated with a metal skull on a black bow.  The Pirate hat has black tulle around the brim and a matching red ribbon to complete the look.
