A pair of Clear Air Vents for fitting into the windscreen or Door panel of homebuilts, microlights, racing cars etc or any vehicle fitted with a plastic, screen

The vent flap operated by twisting a knob from the inside from fully closed to fully open (180 deg).

Made from Plexiglass, Now Laser cut for a high quality edge finish

They are designed to fit a hole size the same as standard 2 ¼” (57mm) or 3 1/8” (79mm) panel instruments, so the hole cutting tool (normally a holesaw) would be easily obtained.

It is a simple matter of cutting the hole, positioning the vent and drilling the mounting holes. (4 in the 57mm version and 5 in the 79mm).

Supplied with instructions and stainless nuts and bolts for fitting.

Other sizes/shapes can be designed and cut if required, also inspection panels or other items upto a max size of 600 x 300mm at present can be CNC cut and 600 x 400 laser cut in singles or larger quantity's please contact me for further details and costs.

As they are manufactured by us they are always available but may have to be made so may not go out straight away, but we will always try to get them dispatched ASAP.

If replacing a existing vent please check your cutout size first as yours maybe from a diiferent manufacturer.
