NOTE: I CANNOT repair laser discs or any disc that is larger than the standard CD/DVD size! With the exception of Nintendo Game Cube discs, which can be repaired.

The machine used for this service is a commerical CD/DVD resurfacing machine like the ones used at game stores.

THIS IS A MAIL-IN SCRATCH REPAIR/DISC RESURFACE SERVICE! Orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis! This means if someone has paid for my service ahead of you, the turn around time will be affected! Weather may also be a factor in a slower turn around time. I am not responsible for the USPS (the shipping service I use) being slow.

One of the lowest costs for this service on the internet! Depending on the scratches, your disc(s) will look like new or near new after the repair is done! NOTE: Some discs MIGHT have very lightly visible "swirl marks" after repair. These do not affect disc play back and are a result of the machine buffing the disc surface.

Types of discs that are repairable:

Any disc with light, moderate, or deep scratches which include:

CD-R, DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD, HD DVD and blu ray discs (polish only), music CD, most video game discs including Sony PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Wii/Wii U and Game Cube, Sega CD and Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, Microsoft Xbox, Xbox ONE, Xbox 360, Philips CD-i, Panasonic 3D0, PC DVD-ROM or CD-ROM, Atari Jaguar CD, and Neo Geo CD. Blu ray discs can only be repaired to a certain extent! If you need a blu ray disc repaired (xbox one, PS3/PS4, movie on blu ray disc, Wii U), it can only be polished!

Types of discs that are NOT repairable:

Top surface label side damage

Disc that needs a session closed via PC or other software/hardware

Punctures of disc surface

Excessively deep gouges or dents

Chipped, cracked, or broken discs

Disc with data/disc rot

Heat warped damaged

Disc layer de-lamination

Disc with foil damage

Disc with severe deep cut or knife like scratches

Disc that has been corroded

Disc with deep chalk like scrapes or pits

Disc that is defective from the manufacturer (mainly Blu ray discs)

The results will be:

Very light scratches will look like new after repair.

Light scratches will look more like new after repair.

Moderate scratches will be less visible after repair.

Severe scratches will be less visible after repair.

Turn around time and shipping:

Shipped via USPS first class mail. Shipping is subject to change at any time within the auction. Repair time varies, but usually around 1 week depending on the amount of discs sent in and other orders placed, which would make it longer. Larger orders will take longer to ship. Please ship your discs in white CD paper envelopes or thin plastic CD sleeves that seal with the use of bubble wrap and/or a rubber brand around them. DO NOT send them in the plastic CD jewel cases, plastic spindles, or the plastic DVD case that they came in from the store! These are too bulky for shipping!

Other Info:

Items will be secured with bubble wrap or other materials in a padded envelope for return shipping. If your discs are unrepairable due to falling under the "types of discs that are not repairable" category above, then your discs will be returned to you polished only, but unrepaired. I CANNOT repair unrepairable discs!

Whenever this service is out of stock, it usually means I am filling a ton of orders or restocking supplies. After purchase, you will be sent a message within 72 hours as to where to mail your discs for repair. U.S. ONLY! This ad is subject to change without notice.
