Returns are accepted within 30 days as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold in. Payment is expected immediately for Buy it Now purchases and within 24 hrs after an Auction ends. Sales tax will be charged for purchases in states where it is required by law.

We are a family run small resale business, and the items we sell are not personally our own. We cannot guarantee that they are free of pet allergens and come from a smoke-free environment. If we suspect an item was exposed to pet allergens or smoke, we will disclose it in the description. Our own facility is smoke-free. 

When pre-owned, all items that we sale are in very good, gently used condition. The items may contain some signs of wear. If we find any flaws, they will be disclosed in the description, but we are only human and may accidentally overlook something.

Colors may look different on your screen than on ours. Cameras don't always capture the true colors of an item, and different devices can show different colors and that is out of our control. Shades of colors can also be subjective, so we only describe items by their primary color.

Items will be shipped within one business day. We are located in the United States, and all of our items are shipped directly from our business.
