The thermostat can run a maximum of 16 amps or 3600 watts of heating. If larger loads are required, a relay switch should be incorporated, into the system or an additional thermostat should be fitted.
All underfloor heating systems should be connected through a suitable RCD (residual current device). This can be from the main fuse board within the property or as part of the underfloor heating power supply.

Delivery Information
Orders placed before 12:00 will be dispatched the same day on a next working day delivery service. During busy periods we can not guarantee your packages will be sent out on the same day. To minimise any delays please make sure you provide us with a valid telephone number. Our couriers try their best to deliver the next day and currently have a 98% success rate. However, the next working day, delivery is not guaranteed. All our deliveries can be tracked so don't hesitate to ask one of the staff who will be happy to help. For some remote UK locations, we do have to make a small additional delivery charge. If you are unsure if your location could be considered remote please feel free to contact us before you buy.
Please note: Liquids cannot be sent to international addresses due to current aviation regulations.

Returns
We're committed to selling high-quality products, however we also know that there are times when you need to exchange or return an item bought from us. Returns are accepted within 60-days and a full refund will be issued less any P&P costs incurred by us. Please make sure the goods are sent back in good working order and in the original packaging. (Please do not forget to include a note with your name, address and copy of your original invoice if possible).
