• The packaging of the product is done in a wooden box with proper cushioning to ensure that the product is delivered to you at its best condition. We use professional furniture packaging for delivery of large furniture pieces. 

• We are based in Illinois and every product is specially made and shipped from India.

Policy related to Insurance of Mirror

We do not include the price of the mirror in the price of our mirror frame and provide the mirror free with this mirror frame.“ MIRROR” being a fragile item, is not covered under the insurance policy, so if any damage incurred during the transit is not accountable to us. Apart from that, any other damage is covered under the shipping policy. We ensure that the quality of our packaging minimises any breakage or damage to the product.

• Made to Order. Thus, the customer owns a New Piece every time.

Cleaning Instructions:

• Use a damp cloth to wipe the stains on the product and let it air dry. Do not wash the product under running water.

Conditions of Return:

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There may be additional shipping fees for international and domestic orders based on your location and the weight of your package. 

• PLEASE NOTE : The customer is responsible for all fees or custom charges that may be charged by her/his country. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by the customs.

• We use the DHL India services to ship our items globally. We will provide regular updates as we make and ship your item.

• Normally Shipping takes between 7-15 Business Days from date of dispatch.

• Make sure that you have provided a valid address and a phone number.

• For all international packages, please provide a phone number. 

• Hp Creations will not be held responsible for any shipping delays, return shipping fees, customs fees/taxes or international delivery times.

• The Shipment will be destroyed by the Shipping Agency after 7 Days of Arrival at Destination in case the Customer does not respond or receive the Shipment because of the Custom Duties/Taxes or any other reason. We are not responsible under such cases.

• WE do not accept cancellations on customised order.
