the chain is stainless steel, and the pendant/bib section is made of a zinc alloy, with black acrylic "stones".
Adjusts in back, between about 17-19" around,
but best for necks under 15.5" around at the base so that the pendant sits properly.
its hard to measure the bib section as a whole, since it's jointed,
but the center piece is 1.5" wide, 2.5" tall (including bead)
and each moon is just under 1.5" tall, 1.25" wide.
