This is also the upgraded model that has a new seat and up-rated wheel bearings, pneumatic tubeless tyres, and an LED battery status indicator panel.
For many teens, this will be their first real experience of off-roading fun and what makes this an ideal first kart is the fact it’s such a simple toy, and because it’s electric it’s not that loud either. It’s super quiet.
With simplicity comes ease of use. All you really need is to charge the kart, position it outside for them, and away they go.
And, since it’s not a petrol go-kart, there’s really no need for you to spend a lot of time filling it up with fuel each time they want to ride it.
It’s really easy to control. It has 2 pedals, one to go and one to stop, and also has a flexible 3-speed setting which limits the top speed to 6mph, 12mph, or 20mph. Now once the speed setting has been selected you are then able to remove the key.
This ensures that the kart is locked and can’t go faster than the speed you selected. Not only is this a handy way to control the speed, but it also gives you peace of mind.
Note: On the high-speed setting, applying the brake will slow the kart down and switch it off unless the throttle is reapplied soon after braking. This is an added safety feature for your little one. This is not the case on the lower speed settings.
Like most electric ride-on toys, the battery life is approximately 45 - 60 minutes, but this will depend on the rider's weight, size, and the type of terrain it’s going to be used on. If needed, we can supply additional batteries.
Please note: This off-road electric go-kart is suitable for flat terrain such as your garden or very flat fields.
Assembly is required for this go-kart and you would also need to apply any stickers upon delivery.
