Very Unusual Early 20th Century Antique Washington Letter Rack

Which I assume is referring to the American President George Washington

Shows the president on horse back to the front of the rack and on a podium to the back with Washington underneath both figures

Measures approx 15cm in height

I’ve not seen another one !
