 As the yarn-dyed rugs are woven with pre-dyed wool, they retain their color and quality over time. As mentioned above the rug is based on cotton, which means that instead of rug being bound with a piece of fabric, rug yarns are used to stitch around the cotton base. This strong binding method results in a heavyweight rug that resists curling and maintains its quality over a longer period.

 AREA RUG CARE

•  When you first receive your rug, make sure to vacuum it and lay it flat. Since it has been rolled up for a while, you may need to let it breathe and relax before it looks its very best.
•  Some shedding and crinkling is normal when you first receive your rug. However, this should remedy itself within a few weeks with gravity and vacuuming.
• Change the direction of the rug occasionally to maintain a similar use & wear of rug all over.
• An area rug receives a lot of abuse from dirt, sand, dust, various spills and foot traffic. Vacuuming area rugs with a quality machine will go a long way towards prolonging the appearance and life of your carpet.
• If your area rug becomes spotted or stained, work quickly. When possible, scoop up solids and blot liquids immediately after a spill occurs. Absorb as much liquid as possible with a white cloth or paper towel without scrubbing the area to prevent matting or fuzzing.
• For hard-to-remove stains, consult a professional rug cleaner. Store rug by rolling it front side out, wrapping it in a cloth for protection, and placing it in a dry, well-ventilated area. Do not fold rug, or store it in an airtight plastic bag.
• Dry Foam and Absorbent Pad: This is our recommended method for cleaning the rug.  It uses little water to create light detergent foam that is worked into the pile, then vacuumed out when dry. Please use this cleaning method with care, in case you need some more instruction, please send us an email and someone at your desired time will contact you to provide necessary instruction about cleaning and care about your rug.

 Most of the rugs are shipped within the stated handling time.  We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO's. We ship within the Continental 48 US states only
