This is an original 1942 Franklin Survey Company plat atlas map on thick stock paper of Springfield Township and Swarthmore, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.  It includes Swarthmore College, its buildings, athletic fields, fraternities, as well as Swarthmore Junior and Senior High School and other notable buildings and structures.  Measures 23x33 in Ex+ condition.

Each color represents a different type of building: Yellow is Wood; Pink is Brick; Blue is Stone, Brown is Stucco.  Box with an X = Garage. See key for what all the symbols indicate.

Plat 25 boundary is Baltimore Pike US Highway Route 1 to Chester Avenue Road and from Swarthmore Avenue to Swarthmore College.
