Please be advised: When Using this great MP3 player you will require to upload your audio file in mp3 format onto the SD memory card. then you will need to insert that memory card into the mp3 player. Make sure the audio is in mp3 format. If done correctly then you should be good to go and start listening. The mp3 player is not designed to be linked with your computer via the charging cable, for this you will need a data cable/ the memory card preloaded with the audio files before inserting into the player, so please bare this in mind. Also please make sure your SD card / TF card is is working order.
This product will be dispatched next working day via Royal Mail, due to the current situation please allow at least a week for delivery. A different service at a cost can be selected at checkout if the MP3 is required urgently.
