Cinderella Bear Themed Miniature Decorative Tea Set Came out in 1994 and includes the original box. It is a collectible. Condition is New. - Never used. Bought but never displayed. The plate says Cinderella on it with one slipper shoe and roses, and that would actually be the plate that you would serve the tea on. But you can set it on a plate holder, which I've shown in a picture (NOT INCLUDED). The mice with the pumpkins are the teacups, the bows are the plates for the teacups, the teddy bear girl single in the dress is the sugar, Her head comes off as if you could put the sugar in it, as a real sugar bowl would be.  The two bears that are dancing are the creamer and the carriage is the tea pot, The top of the teapot comes off as if you would put tea in a real tea pot.
