Biography/Education
Dikran Dikranian was born on December 17, 1966 in Yerevan (Soviet Armenia/ USSR) in the family of famous artists/sculptor Roberd Dikranian and teacher Valendina Gharibian (repatriates from Constantinople (Bolis) & Cilicia).
• In 1982 graduating from the School of Art, named after Hakob Kojoyan,
• 1984-1989 studied in Armenian State Pedagogical University (Fine Art Department), named after Khachatur Abovian.
Works/Exhibitions
• 1989 - group exhibition: Union of Painters of Armenia, Yerevan, Armenia
• 1990-1992- contract work as an artist, Hungary
• 1993 - group exhibition: Union of Painters of Armenia, Yerevan, Armenia
• 1995 - group exhibition: Modern Art Gallery, Yerevan, Armenia
• 1997 - group exhibition: United Nations Organization’s Armenia Office Exhibition Hall, Yerevan, Armenia
• 2000- 2015 participated in various overseas/Diaspora group exhibitions: Ukraine, Russia, Latvia, Poland, Bulgaria, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Iran, Cyprus
