1.This filter housing has a maximum operating pressure rating of 90 psi.If you suspect that your water pressure will at any time exceed 90 psi, a pressure regulator MUST BE INSTALLED before the filter housing.This action will guard against the water pressure exceeding the maximum pressure rating. It is recommended that the pressure regulator be set at 50 psi or less.

2.Maximum Pressure is not max work pressure, it is It's just a momentary test pressure. Clear material can not take so high pressure always, if you can not accept 50 psi work pressure, please choose our white and blue color filter housing ,which material is more stronger.
