Returns: Please contact us before posting the item back. Items will be security marked with visible, non-visible marking and will be checked on any return.

 We accept returns within 30 days after receiving. The item returned must not be broken, damaged, or tampered in any way. About non returnable and returnable items: ECU's, engines, gearbox's and other electrical items are non refundable or returnable considering of potential damage that may be caused by incorrect fitting. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items are subjected 20% handling fee. Postage and packing fees are not refundable. 

Fragile items such as glass, doors, bonnets, bumpers and other large items are not covered with postal insurance.

2: IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED, PLEASE SIGN PROOF OF DELIVERY AS DAMAGED OR REFUSE DELIVERY AND CONTACT US ASAP SO WE CAN PUT A CLAIM IN FOR DAMAGES AGAINST OUR COURIERS.

A signature means you have received the package in good condition and cannot make a claim against us or the courier.

We make sure the item is packed well before to sending.
