Vintage 1970s Camay Soap Mold Maquette - Factory Sculpture Art Unusual Industrial
This is a very unusual and very rare industrial soap mold maquette
An original model / maquette that was used to make Camay soap.
When designing a bar of soap, they would make a large maquette. The maquette would be used to make the mold which would then be used to make the bar of soap.
Made of resin (not sure what kind, it's heavy)
Measures approx 9 1/8 inches wide x 8 inches tall x 1 inch thick
The 3rd photo shows a vintage Camay soap package. The bar of soap is not included in the sale.
Used. Has wear, loss to finish, etc. Please see pics.
