Postage 
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 3 working days of the order payment date. Our preferred methods depending on parcel size are Royal mail second class, or MyHermes parcel service.

Packaging
Where possible we use recycled packaging. This is to keep the costs low, and to do our small bit for the environment. 

Returns and refunds
For used, second hand items we believe in describing the condition as honestly as possible. Therefore please study the description and photos carefully before bidding. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds on used items 

For new items we are happy to offer returns if you are not satisfied, or change your mind. Buyer to arrange postage at their cost.
