For your consideration: a Jos. W. Poole mug-based export beer.  This is the standard version of this bottle; the lady's leg neck terminates with a hand-tooled single taper lip finish.  This particular example has a natural sun-colored straw tone, a result of having been blown in selenium-decolorized glass batch and some exposure to the sun.  It was blown sometime in the late 1880's - '90's period.  This was recovered in North  Jersey household dump excavations over the last 15 years.  It is in very good condition with no damage at all.  Very light use and ground wear.  Mold code 240 -embossed on the base.  It measures: 9 1/4" x 2 9/16".
