English Drink/Cry/ Wet Baby Doll with Glass Bottle – 1940/50 – 16” 

This English Doll with Glass Bottle, is patent #600270, in very nice condition for her age. She is made of rubber with a hard plastic head. Her rubber is still in excellent condition, very supple, but she does have very faint marks on the back of her legs from where she has been set down onto something bluish. She is 16” from head to toe, and has on a knitted white bonnet w blue flowers, cute blue rompers with ribbon trim, and a pair of blue and white socks. Her very old voice box doesn’t work.  Also, her right eye, although it works perfectly, seems to be slightly further back in the socket, than her left eye, but doesn’t move from that position.  Both eyes open and close properly.
