Selling the waterproof female plug required to connect accessories to the 2017 on, CRF250, CRF300, (L & Rally), and the new 2023 XL750 Transalp motorcycles.

The 10 Amp fused socket is found behind the left hand fairing on the Rally, and behind the headlight on the L model. On the Transalp, its under the speedo display. It comes on with the ignition key.
  • On the Rally, pull the wiring loom out from behind the left fairing, unwrap a few turns of tape, and remove the male protective plug.
  • On the L, the headlight has to be removed to expose the socket, before removing the plug.
  • On the Transalp, the speedometer has to be removed.

If you require assembly instructions, please include your email with the order, or send me a message, and I will send a PDF file by return.  You will also need a micro-crimping tool (or a soldering gun), and ideally some heat shrink.

Alternatively, I have made up some leads with 2ft tails, under ebay item 233840602687, if your fingers are too thick, and your eyes ain't what they used to be !
In fact I strongly suggest that unless you are familiar with these plugs, you spend another £3 and get the made up item ... the plugs are difficult to assemble correctly, and the pins are easily damaged, which can prevent them from clicking into place properly, resulting in a poor, or even no connection, when plugged into the bike.
