Headset Top Cap Oil Slick (diamond cut shape) 1 1/8"

This item is a suitable replacement top cap for any bicycle that has a 1 1/8" steerer tube.  Bolt cap design may vary slightly from batch to batch from the images shown, but dimensions will remain constant.

CNC cut in a diamond pattern and Ti vacuum coated to obtain the colour appearance. Each and every one is individual having it's own unique colour appearance and therefore may vary a little from the image! Most will have a Purple / Blue colour dominance but there are some gold and green dominant. If you would prefer one of these, add a 'message to seller' when you order and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.  

Extremely easy to install! Simply remove your existing top cap with an allen / hex key and replace with your new watch top cap utilising the new cap head top cap BOLT that is supplied with the top cap. Please note that the bolt is for pretension / preloading the headset so that you can tighten your stem bolts. The top cap bolt should only be tightened to 4 to 5nm. Please do NOT over tightening the top cap! It may result in damaging it.
