How to use
Wash your nose with warm water and facial cleanser
Wet your nose. This will open up the pores making the blackheads easier to remove. It also helps the strip to stick to your nose properly
Remove the clear plastic cover from the strip and making sure your nose is still wet, apply firstly to the bridge of your nose and then smooth down the side.,
It is important that you keep the strip as flat to your nose as possible. If you find you have any air bubbles simply press down on them for a while until they no longer pop up
Leave the strip on your nose for 10-15 minutes no longer. It will go dry and hard to the touch
Grip one end of the strip and gently peel it off pulling it up and away from your nose.
Do not rip it off too fast as this will not be as effective and may also be painful
Finally rinse your nose with COOL water and cleanser. This will help close the pores. Repeat this if necessary to remove any left residue
