Any estimated delivery times specified by Collektiv Industries are subject to Australia Post or selected courier company delivery times and Collektiv Industries will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery. The ownership and risk of damage of your purchase is transferred to you upon delivery to the specified address.

Purchases from our website are processed daily and we aim to dispatch all purchases within 24 hours of the transaction on working days and within 24 hours of the next working day for transactions processed on weekend days or Australian public holidays.

The cost of returning or exchanging items by post will be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise advised by Collektiv Industries. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us to discuss alternative methods of payment should you need. We accept Direct Deposit, Pay Pal & Credit Cards: Visa/Mastercard. Cash on pickup also accepted. Sorry we don’t accept personal cheques.

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tags attached.

Please provide invoice or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (full price items) – 60 Days from date of purchase.
Exchanges (sale items) – 30 Days from date of purchase.
Refunds (full price items) – 30 Days from date of purchase.

Bulky Items : Surfboards & Surf bags

1) Board or bag to be returned with the proof of purchase, ie. a copy of the Invoice, enclosed when you received your goods or via email originally.

2) The surfboard in the same condition as it was when you received it.

3) The board sent back in the wrapping & box it was sent to you in, with any fins enclosed,

5) The customer must pay the freight.

Standard Size Items (All Items Other Than Surfboards)

Return your item with the proof of purchase (a copy of your Invoice), in the same condition as you received it, within 60 days and we will happily exchange or refund full priced items, or exchange discounted items within the 30 day period. Customers are responsible for cost of freight unless item is faulty.

*Refunds not available for sale or promotional items.
