This product is meant to be mounted on a wall.  Double-sided tape rated for 4 lbs is included and there are also screw holes in the mounting bracket if needed.

A note on the reactive color options:

BL Reactive is short for blacklight reactive.  It has a normal red color to it under normal light and a ruby/neon color under blacklight.

Glow-in-dark colors work the same as products from the 80s and 90s.  They will charge under any light and glow for a while on their own.
