TROUBLESHOOT/KEY NOTES ABOUT USING THIS DEVICE:
Please try the below before contacting us:
*Please make sure batteries are inserted as + and -, as shown on the device and not ++ or - - (try different batteries to confirm it’s not a battery issue)
*If the readings are not showing, try tilting the device slightly.
* Try resetting the device - You can do this by keeping hold of the button until the menu shows up. You press once to move down. Once you get to reset, keep hold of the button and then exit.
* When using this device you need to put your finger all the way in and placing it on the table and keeping as still as possible – moving can affect the reading.
*Once the numbers stop moving and its stable that will be your final reading.
*Normal oxygen level is 95%-100% and pulse rate can be anywhere between 60-100
