This is an original 1895 Atlas Map of Boston Proper and Roxbury by G.W. Bromley and Company. Plat 38 includes St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Roxbury High School, Hotel Warren, St. James P.E. Church, Immanuel Congressional Church and other notable buildings and structures. 

Condition: EX+ 23X32 

Plat 38 covers from: Dale Street to Moreland Street and from Perrin Street to Washington Street.  

Explanations: Each color represents a different type of building: Pink Is Brick, Yellow is Frame. Symbols in Explanations indicate Stables, Fire Hydrants and Water Mains and others. See Explanations for what the full symbols mean.
