ICYCLE


Sempervivum Icycle has pale green leaves with fine tufts of hairs of outer edges of the leaves.  The filaments and pale colour give it an icelike appearance. This species does not changes colour dramatically throughout the year, but it gets a faint pink shade on the inner leaves in Spring. The rosettes are small, and it is suitable for rock gardens, terrariums, vertical gardens, and mixed succulent displays.

Grows to approximately 5cm wide and 2cm high.

Offer is for 1 established rooted plant approximately 6-8cm across, similar to plant pictured in gallery. Some small offsets are included when seasonally available. Plants are sent bare rooted (ie., minimal soil) and are packed carefully to ensure safe transport.

CULTURE NOTES
Prefers part sun/shade and well drained soil.

Requires very little water.

Protect from frost and excess moisture in Winter.

Propagated from offsets.

Note: Sempervivums hibernate over Winter. They shed lower leaves (which should be removed) and lose about 30% of their size. They are active and regrow over Spring and Summer.
