MATCH M 5.4DSP
Miniature amplifier for powerful sound upgrades
The new M 5.4DSP is a real giant in terms of performance and hardly bigger than a smartphone. With an unbelievable 400/800 watts RMS / max. Output power and the latest DSP technology, it brings every standard sound system up to speed and real hi-fi sound in the car. 
Ultra-compact installation
In modern vehicles, the space available for sound upgrades is becoming increasingly limited and the installer is facing new challenges. Thanks to its minimal dimensions, the M 5.4DSP can be accommodated even in the most difficult of spaces, thus opening up new, undreamt-of possibilities when choosing the installation location.
In addition, the new Smart Control Port (SCP) offers a significantly more space-saving connection thanks to its extremely compact, securely locking connector. All Audiotec Fischer remote controls, such as CONDUCTOR or URC.3, can be connected via the SCP. A direct power supply to the controller via the SCP is also possible, which makes an additional power cable superfluous and simplifies installation even more.
Performance & real plug & play as desired
The M 5.4DSP has two power modes and can therefore be operated either in "HighPower" mode for maximum performance or in "MidPower" mode with reduced output power and lower power consumption for plug & play applications without a separate power supply. For simple plug & play connection, the MATCH range of accessories offers a large number of pre-assembled adapter cables - and is therefore 100% retrofittable without leaving any traces.
Textbook flexibility
The extremely powerful 64 bit audio signal processor offers nine DSP channels. These enable the connection of further amplifiers, such as the M 2.1AMP, via four freely configurable cinch outputs. Complex and, above all, space-saving multi-channel systems with enormous performance can be easily implemented.
Virtual Channel Processing - this is how signal routing works today
Many DSP channels need to be managed and configured sensibly - for this purpose the M 5.4DSP is equipped with Audiotec Fischer's innovative virtual channel processing.
The adaptation to modern factory sound systems makes an increasingly complex signal routing in the amplifier inevitable. Especially when several input signals are mixed together and then broken down again into multi-path systems, conventional routing concepts quickly reach their limits in terms of implementation and usability. The multi-level "Virtual Channel Processing" makes it possible, in connection with the recognized user-friendly DSP PC-Tool software, to easily map even highly complex system configurations and to be able to freely assign the proprietary FX sound features such as "RealCenter" or "Augmented Bass Processing".
ACO - Advanced 32 Bit CoProcessor Platform
The M 5.4DSP is equipped with the particularly powerful 32-bit ACO platform. This ensures significantly more speed when communicating with our DSP PC-Tool software, but also when switching between the 10 possible memory locations for the sound setups. In addition, ACO offers an integrated, channel-separated InputEQ and Input Signal Analyzer (ISA), for example to compensate for any equalization that is already present in the radio at the factory.

Class GD technology
Audiotec Fischer's unique Class GD concept combines the advantages of Class G technology with the principle of a Class D amplifier.
This results in an unusually high degree of efficiency that even exceeds conventional Class D amplifiers. The Class GD concept shows its advantages with small and medium levels of modulation, as the internal supply voltage of the power stages varies in steps depending on the amplitude of the input signal. This drastically reduces the average power loss generated by the amplifier.

ACO - Advanced 32 Bit CoProcessor
Der MATCH M 5.4DSP Verstärker verwendet für alle internen wie auch externen Steuerungs- und Kommunikationsaufgaben einen besonders leistungsstarken 32 Bit CoProcessor der neuesten Generation. Im Gegensatz zum bisher verwendeten 8 Bit Prozessor ergeben sich daraus deutliche Geschwindigkeitsvorteile nicht nur bei der Umschaltung zwischen verschiedenen Sound Setups sondern vor allem auch in der Datenkommunikation mit unserer DSP PC-Tool Software. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Vorteil ist der integrierte, native Bootloader des ­CoProcessors. Dieser ermöglicht Software-Upgrades aller Komponenten des DSPs, um beispielsweise den ­Mikrocontroller-gesteuerten ADEP.3-Schaltkreis auch zukünftig auf Änderungen bei Diagnosesystemen von Werksradios anpassen zu können oder das Gerät um weitere Schnittstellen zu erweitern. Darüber hinaus bietet der ACO dank des neuen Flashspeichers Platz für 10 Sound ­Setups anstelle der üblichen zwei.

Start stopping ability
The power pack in the MATCH M 5.4DSP ensures the internal power supply even in the event of brief drops down to 6 volts.
This ensures that the MATCH M 5.4DSP remains fully functional even when the engine is started.

Intelligent high level input ADEP.3
Modern, factory-installed car radios are becoming more and more intelligent when it comes to diagnosing the connected loudspeakers. The latest generation in particular is equipped with additional monitoring functions so that error messages or even malfunctions can occur when an additional amplifier is connected. The new ADEP.3 circuit (Advanced Diagnostics Error Protection Generation 3) prevents these problems without unnecessarily loading the speaker outputs of the radio at high levels.

DSP features
RealCenter
The "RealCenter" function is a proprietary algorithm from Audiotec Fischer that emphasizes the monaural information of the left and right front channels in order to generate a unique center signal. In contrast to the usual method in which only the channels are added up, dynamic control of the center signal is added here through the stereophonic information content of the left and right channels. This means that the center channel does not reproduce a signal if only the left or only the right channel supplies an audio signal. With conventional algorithms, the center channel would only be 6 dB quieter in this case. Audiotec Fischer's "RealCenter" thus enables a unique, wide-ranging stage image - and that is ideal for both driver and front passenger!

Augmented Bass Processing
Audiotec Fischer's proprietary "Augmented Bass Processing", consisting of two revolutionary sound features: "Dynamic Bass Enhancement" and "SubXpander". These are specially designed to dramatically improve the bass response of subwoofers.
"Dynamic Bass Enhancement" ingeniously combines maximum deep bass foundation and high maximum sound pressure - regardless of the type of music being heard or the sound settings on the radio. Depending on the input signal, “Dynamic Bass Enhancement” on the one hand amplifies the lower frequency range and on the other hand varies the cut-off frequency of the subsonic filter. The result is a much more powerful, deeper bass reproduction at low and medium volumes without the risk of mechanically or electrically overloading the subwoofer at high volumes. It is simply fascinating which bass performance is suddenly possible.
If you want the bass range a little deeper and “blacker”, you can also activate the “SubXpander”. Here, subharmonic tones are mixed in with the basic tones in the frequency range between 50 and 100 Hz.

StageXpander
Depending on the arrangement of the loudspeakers in the vehicle, a more or less wide stereo stage can be implemented in the front seats. If a center loudspeaker is also installed, this sometimes additionally limits the spatial reproduction of the music. This is where Audiotec Fischer's new “StageXpander” comes in - a sound feature that seems to lift the acoustic limits and thus enables a much broader stereo base without negatively affecting the localization of voices or instruments. The effect can be adjusted to personal taste in four stages.

ClarityXpander
Would you like more transparency and substance in the high-frequency reproduction? Audiotec Fischer now offers exactly the right tool for this with the “ClarityXpander”.
Correctly dosed (and therefore selectable in three levels) it gives the overtones additional radiance - especially useful if the original speakers lack the necessary gloss in the high frequency range. The extra high-frequency kick is not only available for the two front channels, but can also be set separately for the center channel. And because especially with the latter, a bit too much in connection with musical material rich in overtones tires the hearing, an automatic, dynamic control of the additional overtone component can even be activated here.
