This is a great and easy way to hang anything as it has a simple carabiner to hook to anything quickly at the top, and the bottom is a large adjustable Velcro loop that allows you to wrap it around most things under 32 inches round.
The Velcro allows you to quickly attach it and make it tight. Then the carabiner can just hook on to your hanging point.
I have found it great for garage or basement storage of awkward shape or large items.
