NOTICE PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE: The color picture showing the actual layout, trains and accessories are NOT included in the auction.  It's just for illustrative purposes to show you what the plans are going to create when you are finished building the layout.  YOU ARE BIDDING ONLY ON A SHEET OF PLANS.  NO REFUNDS!

If you are thinking of buying the competition's Addams family layout plan for $5 think twice because his is way off.  I've had his customers tell me they were very frustrated with his plan and then purchased mine with a big smile on their face after seeing my plans. I have the only correct version out there plus mine includes the very important "on center" dimensions for all the tracks from the edge of the board.  Without those dimensions no one could ever get it right even with the correct track count.  The old saying is you get what you pay for.  Look for my Addams family layout in the current special May edition of Classic Toy Trains titled "Lionel Trains of the 1960's." It's Roger Carp endorsed.

Up for bids is a masterfully done "reverse engineered" set of plans for the famous 1964 Addams Family Lionel Super "O" layout printed on a single 24" x 36" sheet of paper.  This is a 9' x 5' layout as built.  My sheet of plans will allow you to build the track plan of the layout exactly as it was on the TV show.  The master track plan blueprint (above) illustrates the complete track plan without the sectional track and accessory numbers visible. Your copy will include all the sectional track and Lionel part numbers for all the accessories used on the layout as the two other close-up shots illustrate. The track count with all the Lionel Super "O" part numbers and all Lionel accessories will be listed in a legend on the same sheet.

As a big bonus, my drawing includes all the super critical measurements for the positioning of the track, all the locations for the insulated track and power sections so you can get it exactly right.  It literally took me years of adjustments to get those measurements and insulated sections perfect.

Here's some history on the layout:  The layout was originally built for a 1960 Christmas episode of the Twilight Zone called "Night of the Meek" by the Lionel Corporation. Then sat in storage till the Addams Family show picked it up from MGM in1964.  Due to rough handling by the Addams Family crew, the layout got destroyed after shooting only17 episodes of the show and was immediately replaced with a simple "O" gauge layout starting with episode 18.

BTW: I am the one who reversed engineered and drew the layout. So I'm very knowledgeable on the subject. Any questions? Feel free to ask.  Also check out my other reversed engineered plans of famous Lionel layouts -  The 1949 Lionel Showroom track plans plus Original Control Panel plans for that famous layout are on eBay too.  Take a look.
