At Electric Vault we understand the importance of fast delivery. We work closely with a number of postal services, such as Royal Mail, FedEx and Hermes, to ensure that we offer fast, efficient and cost effective deliveries. We are unable to offer a local pickup service however we have an Express Delivery option if you require your items faster.

Items ordered before 12 noon GMT Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday. Excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Deliveries to countries outside of the United Kingdom are usually dispatched through eBay's Global Shipping Program.

All of our orders are dispatched on a Tracked delivery service and we upload the tracking details to eBay so that our buyers can view them. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to show in your account.

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all orders through eBay. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and initiate a refund via eBay.

We try our best to ensure that all items are packaged as securely as possible to prevent damage during shipping, however if your item does arrive damaged please contact us immediately so we can raise the issue with the Courier.
